New York based renowned photographer Jim Herrington is the man who took iconic photographs of Hollywood legends such as Morgan Freeman, Mick Jagger, Dolly Parton, Keith Richards, and Jerry Lee Lewis to name a few.
He has just returned to Kathmandu from photographing mountaineer Kancha Sherpa in Khumbu, Nepal as part of his forthcoming book project on legendary mountain climbers around the world. Inspired by history and adventure, the project focuses on mountaineers from the 1920s – 1960s Golden Age era and has taken him through the East Coast of America, Italy, Japan, Nepal, and France.
