AIDs Trust Sydney Food and Wine Fair 2010

The AIDS Trust Sydney Food And Wine Fair is back again in its 20th year to host a sensational day out on Saturday 30th October 2010.

The annual Sydney Food & Wine Fair brings together the generous talents of Sydney’s finest restaurants, coolest bars, most distinguished wineries and savviest merchants at Sydney’s Hyde Park to raise money for the AIDS Trust of Australia.

The Sydney Food & Wine Fair attracts Sydney’s best establishments like; Guillaume at Bennelong, Longrain, Lucio‘s, Otto, Catalina, Quay, Café Sydney, Buon Ricardo, Wildfire and Icebergs nestled up beside Bourke St Bakery, Brasserie Bread, Lisa McGuigan, Allpress Espresso, Parker’s Organic Juices, Ben & Jerry’s, Abbott Village Bakery, Australian Mushroom Growers, Batlow Apples, Yellow Tail Wines, the Wine Society, Tempus Two, Scarborough Wine Co., James Squire, De Bertolli Wines, David Hook Wines, Brown Bros. Wines, Adina Vineyards, the Midnight Shift and Ferrero Rocher – to name just a few.

A capacity array of 100 generous stallholders serve up a dazzling selection of signature dishes, enticing treats and selected beverages to almost 28,000 fairgoers.

This year’s celebrity guests and attendees included Maria Venuti, Roy Billings from Underbelly, Lord Mayor Clover Moore, Masterchef runner up Courtney Roulston and the always fresh and fabulous Maxi Shields as the event’s Mistress of Ceremonies.
